At least that is what I do when I goto the DR., armed with my extensive google search and my firm diagnosis, I usually tell the Dr what is wrong with me and I am a bit annoyed that I have to goto him to get the perscription... "Jeezeee already.... I googled it 3 time DR., I know I am right".

My Dr. shrugs and goes to work like a true professional, and I will do the same for you.

InvestClubforWomen Crazy Insane!!!
So Yesterday was my first meeting with invest club for women.www.investclubforwomen.com
I was surprised when I got invited because I assumed that this club was only open to women, but I was wrong. When I inquired about the title I was told me that the title just means that they could do whatever they wanted... I got to admit, I kinda liked that response.
These people are crazy insane
Lee Duran dot net not dot com about real estate and investing! The hostess (Iris) has energy like she has just drank her first Red Bull and had her first of coffee at the same time. Iris was AMAZING at keeping the room energy alive and keeping everything on time (did I mention that she was beautiful and graceful also).  Many of the Attendees/members stood up and spoke about deals/various topics and the one thing that I got from this group is that they like to make money and PARTY!!! In fact when we wrapped up at 10:pm Everyone was invited to attend the post meeting mixer at a local Pub/Grill I can only assume that the energy at that place was insane.

Lee Duran dot net not dot comThe topic yesterday was “7 Ways to Create Cash Flow Without Owning the Property “Presented by Todd Toback. Todd is a natural on stage and gave some very good advice. His “Lease Option Agent” idea caught my ear and held my attention. I will keep an eye out for his future talks and if you are considering investing or buying a property then I encourage you to listen to Todd and anyone that is CURRENTLY ACTIVE in real-estate in this market. 
I met some awesome people and I believe that I will be attending the next event.
I am trying something new.. including some of the people’s business cards that I met the night of the event in order to help get their name out there, (even if only in a small way).
